The best time to trek from Annapurna base camp

There are two months in which it is advantageous to do the Annapurna’s Base Camp trek.One occurs between the months of February through May. In this period it’s warmer in the Annapurna region, and it is the best time to trek.

The second season occurs between October to December. This is the most well-known time to trek in Annapurna base camp. Annapurna Base Camp. In this period it is extremely difficult to find accommodation to stay in during the trek , so be prepared in case you plan to take a trek in this period.

A schedule for the trek that takes 7 days Annapurna Base camp

As you are aware that Annapurna’s basecamp trek lasts seven days long. So, this is a seven day schedule for you that will guide you and educating you on the different phases and sections in the trekking.

Day 1: From Pokhara up to phedi and back Tolka. Tolka(1750m)

Today, the trek of the seven-day trek starts. You’ll be traveling across Pokhara towards Phedi and then hike through the charming villages of Dhampus Pothana, Dhampus and then trek to Tolka for a night’s stay.

Day 2: Trek to Sinuwa(2100 m)

Today, you’ll be hiking between Tolka towards Sinuwa. In this trek, you’ll travel through Modi Khola following Landruk before crossing an enormous suspension bridge at Jhinu danda. After a gruelling climb up to Chhomrong then you’ll be at the village Gurung. From here you’ll trek down to the river, before climbing back towards Sinuwa. The hotel will be yours in Sinuwa for the rest of the night.

Day 3: Trek to Deurali(3230 m)

Today’s trek will be through the jungles.This hike will be an unspoken one since you trek through the the forest until Dovan.

Day 4: hike towards Annapurna Base camp(4130 m)

Then we will get to Machhapuchhre Base Camp. After that, you’ll enjoy an easy and peaceful stroll up to Annapurna Basis Camp. Here you will have one of the most stunning 360-degree perspectives of the mountains.You will be staying in a lodge over the course of the evening.

Day 5: Trek to Dovan Bamboo

Today, you’ll hike down to dovan bamboo where you can eat your lunch. You will then take maximum advantage of the scenic views and stay in the lodge until tonight.This hike is about approximately 6-7 hours in duration.

Day 6: Trek to ghandruk

From bamboo, we’ll begin our trek and traverse through the forest to Sinuwa . From there, we’ll walk until Gundruk and stay for the night at the lodge.
